Lodging
The host hotels for 2027 have not yet been officially announced. It is anticipated that the two main hotels will be the Horsehoe and the Paris.The Sin City Classic will block rooms in several hotels - to be announced and linked here. There are special premium and deluxe rooms at a higher price than the blocked rooms at each host hotel. For the ultra-fabulous, suites will be available for purchase at a later date - to be announced. You should book soon if you want one of those rooms as they will go fast. You can, of course, stay anywhere you like in Las Vegas and the same advice about booking early still applies. However, GLRF gets a small rebate on each reserved room at the host hotels. So, if you do stay at the host hotels, please mention rowing or indoor rowing as the sport in the reservation form. Thank you for considering the host hotels - the ergatta is looking to be very expensive and every bit helps.
If the rooms are sold out, they may release more rooms but the only way to be notified is if you have signed up for the Sin City Erg mailing list!!! 😊 Otherwise, you will have to look for rooms elsewhere but the rates will not be nearly as reasonable!
Hotel Room Block
The Sin City Classic hotel group rate will open in Septmeber 2026 and will expire on 12/31/2026. Starting 1/1/27, rooms can still be booked through our link for free parking but they will be at market rate.
Hotel Checkin
- The hotel will verify identification and secure a credit card deposit at the time of check-in for incidental purposes. Guests will be prohibited to check-in unless they provide these items and cash will not be accepted as a deposit. If the attendee needs to make pre-arrangements, they should allow 14 days for a credit card and 30 days for a check. Please contact 1-800-Caesars for additional information about these arrangements.
- An early check-in fee may apply to attendees arriving prior to the hotel’s check-in time of 4:00 pm. Guests wishing to avoid the fee may complete their registration paperwork upon arrival and store their luggage at the Bell Desk.
- Athletes who booked their rooms through the SCC room block should accept the parking fee when checking in so that parking is added to the room. This allows the comp rate to remove the parking charge at checkout. If athletes self-pay for parking it cannot be refunded.
One HUGE thing to be aware: almost every Las Vegas hotel charges a daily resort fee. That is never part of any reservation amount. It is charged once you are checked in and it can come as MASSIVE shock when you check out. Not all resort fees are the same. Some are $12 while others are $32 or $35. Be on the lookout!
